Terms of service
Payment
At OMHU you can pay with Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and Klarna. There is no extra fee when paying at omhucphe.us and the amount is deducted from your account approx. 48 hours after the order has been made. All prices are incl. VAT.
Delivery
We deliver to Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Italy, France, Holland, Belgium, Norway, Austria, Switzerland, Spain and the UK, but not to non-bridged islands. Delivery is made to the curb. If you are not at home, we can leave the order in a garage, carport or similar. Please note this in the comments when ordering. Our delivery partner will contact you via phone/text/email for booking the delivery time.
Recipientâs responsibility upon delivery
- The recipient must be available on the provided telephone number.
- The recipient must inform in good time about everything that may affect the delivery, for example difficult to access road, access code etc.

Corrections to or cancellation of delivery must be made no later than 48 hours after order has been placed. If canceled later, an extra delivery fee will be charged. You will schedule the delivery directly with the local delivery company.
- If, contrary to expectations, the recipient is not at home to receive the delivery, a redelivery can be arranged for an extra fee.
Force majeure
We strive to always keep the agreed delivery times. Should we be forced to cancel a trip due to extraordinary circumstances which could not have been avoided, even if all reasonable measures had been taken, you will not be entitled to compensation. In the event of cancellation of delivery due to extraordinary circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and rebook the delivery.
By âextraordinary circumstancesâ we mean: Situations where an event could not have been avoided even with all reasonable measures. Especially in the event of meteorological conditions incompatible with the delivery route in question and security risks or strikes affecting transport.
Complaint
Please, pay attention to the following:
Normal wear and tear: Wrinkles in the cover are a natural consequence of the use of your furniture. This can be remedied by washing/cleaning the fabric. Alternatively, you can order new fabric for your sofa.
Fading: Even the most color strong fabric will fade if exposed to sunlight daily. If the sofa is exposed to a lot of light, we can therefore recommend switching the cushions at regular intervals. We do not cover damaged floor/substrate caused by furniture. It is therefore important to protect your furniture with felt or felt shoes. As a consumer, you have 24 monthsâ right of complaint according to the Purchase Act, and the Purchase Actâs defect rules can be used for all purchases on omhucphe.us.
At OMHU, we are committed to acting attentively, conscientiously, and with care in everything we do. However, if you are, despite the circumstances, experiencing a problem with your product, please submit your claim via our Claims & Returns Portal. We will process your complaint and get back to you as soon as possible.

Cancellation of purchase / return
You have a 30-day right of return when shopping at omhucphe.us. This means that you have 30 days from the day you receive your items to decide whether you wish to keep it. If you would like to return your item, simply submit your request through our Claims & Returns Portal. Once youâve contacted us to return, the return must be initiated no later than five working days thereafter.
To make use of the 30-day return policy, the item must be intact and in the same condition as when you received it. It must be returned in its original packaging, and the return shipping costs are your responsibility. You're welcome to try the product at home, but it must not be used. If the item is used in ways other than what you would do with a new dress og shirts, we regard the item as used.Â
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because we work with Made to Order production, your item will enter production shortly after your purchase is completed. You may cancel or request changes to your order within 48 hours of placing it. After this period, production begins and your order cannot be canceled or modified.
Please contact us at hello@omhucphe.us as soon as possible if you wish to make any changes or cancel your order.
Personal data policy
In order for you to enter into an agreement with OMHU, we need the following information from you:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
We register your personal data in relation to delivery of the goods.
Personal information provided by the customer upon purchase is registered and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. No information is passed on to third parties.
As registered with OMHU, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be addressed to OMHU via e-mail: hello@omhucphe.us.
At OMHU, we comply with the new personal data regulation (GDPR), which came into force on 25 May 2018. This includes the collection and storage of general personal data (name, email and telephone number).
